From technical problems to general questions, you can get the assistance you need, quickly and easily.

The support team is available to help students, faculty, and staff with a wide range of issues, including login errors, password resets, portal access problems, and more. You can reach out through multiple channels depending on what’s easiest for you.

How to Contact Support

Here are the ways you can get in touch with the MyGeorgiaSouthern support team:

  • Phone Support
    Call the Georgia Southern IT Help Desk at (912) 478-2287 for immediate assistance during normal business hours.
  • Email Support
    Send an email to helpdesk@georgiasouthern.edu with your full name, Eagle ID, and a description of the issue you’re facing.
  • In-Person Help
    You can also visit the IT Services desk on your campus, available at both the Statesboro and Armstrong campuses.
  • Online Help Center
    Log in to your portal and visit the Help section to access FAQs, troubleshooting steps, and live support options.
